1. Use of the service

Bodega Inventory is an internal tool to track stock, transfers, and returns. Only people who get an account from an administrator may use it.

2. Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for all actions made with your account. Tell an administrator at once if you think someone else used your account.

3. Acceptable use

Enter accurate data. Do not try to get access to data or functions outside your role. Do not interfere with the service or its security.

4. Data

Inventory data belongs to the organization that operates this service. Administrators can change roles, suspend accounts, or remove access at any time.

5. Availability

The service is given "as is", with no warranty. We can change or stop the service at any time.

6. Changes

We can update these terms. If you continue to use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
