We keep your email address, optional name, role, and account status. We also record the inventory actions you make, with your email and the time.

2. How we use it

We use this data to sign you in, control access by role, and keep an audit history of stock changes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Where it is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Google processes it under its own terms and security controls.

4. Cookies and local storage

The app uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme. It uses no tracking cookies.

5. Who can see it

Administrators can see member details. Other members see the inventory history, which includes the email of the person who made each change.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active or as the organization requires for records. Ask an administrator to see, correct, or remove your data.

7. Changes

We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
